Before:

Rehab 36 beds, 15 baths and several basements in multiple units, including townhomes. Replaced some windows, masonry, shared laundry, floors, kitchens and baths. It is a work in progress.

Multi-Family- After

Services provided: applied for permits, replaced windows, baths, kitchens, floors, walls, cabinets, added air conditioning units, plumbing, drywall, painting, fixtures, roofing.
